JOB CODE SORTING: Managers can now save the Job Codes in their visibility using the “Grouping” option at the top right of the Scheduler. This allows Managers to save the jobs that they use most frequently to their view.
WEEKLY PRINTING: Print weekly schedules grouped by Job instead of Employee. Upon clicking “print week”, there is now a checkbox to “Group by Job”.
POP-UP ALERTS: Formerly, ALERTS were included in a static button at the bottom, right-hand side of the Scheduler screen. These alerts, including employees scheduled for overtime or outside of their availability, will now be included in a pop-up alert on your Scheduler screen while you’re editing the shift(s). This way you’ll be alerted of the potential errors WHILE you’re building the scheduler and not after the schedule is completely built.
SET MAX DAILY/WEEKLY HOURS for Employees [MINORS]: You can now set daily and weekly maximum hour limits by employee. This is a great way to handle minors who can only work X amount of hours per day or week. To set these new limits, open “Options” within the Scheduler and select “Edit Employee Availability.
