QSROnline Sonic Support offers weekly training webinars to new and existing users. Online training sessions are recurring and are offered every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday at 9 am, 2 pm, 5 pm, and 8 pm CST.
Tuesday webinars are focused on General Managers and covers schedule creation.
Wednesday webinars are offered to all users and covers the Managing and Scheduling Mobile Apps.
Thursday webinars are for Supervisors and Company Administrators and covers company-wide settings and a variety of labor reports.
If you are unable to attend this week, you are welcome to join in next week! All training sessions are roughly 30 minutes in length, and all 9 am CST training sessions are followed by a live Q&A session.
