How Can We Help?
If QSROnline has not received a complete data set for a specific day for your location, you will receive a “Missing Sales” email.
Please review the steps below if you’ve received the Missing Sales email:
If you have a Micros POS system:
- Verify that data is available within your Sonic DSR report for the day in question
- If there is data available and you are still missing data within QSROnline, please send an email to sonicsupport@qsronline.com requesting us to repoll your location for the missing data date.
If you have an Infor POS system:
- Manually resend your Infor files to QSROnline using the guide below:
- If your files have been manually resent and data is still missing within QSROnline, please send an email to sonicsupport@qsronline.com to further investigate why we are unable to receive data.
