How often does QSROnline collect my [MyMicros or Infor] sales and labor data?
Your MyMicros and/or Infor data is refreshed in QSROnline’s system once per day, each morning.
Can I access QSROnline’s Labor Scheduler from my drive-in computer or home computer?
Absolutely! QSROnline’s system is 100% web-based and can be accessed on the computer(s) in your store or your personal computer, and works across multiple browsers like Firefox and Internet Explorer. Schedule creation is not recommended on a tablet or mobile device.
What type of contract does QSROnline offer? (i.e. monthly, annual.)
Your QSROnline subscription is month-to-month, meaning no long-term contract!
What is the cost?
Sonic’s special monthly pricing is $40.00 per drive-in.
Are there any setup fees?
A $50.00 one-time setup fee will apply to each of your drive-ins.
Are QSROnline’s Mobile Apps included in my subscription?
Absolutely. Employees can download the mobile apps to their iOS and Android devices for free.
Is training and customer support included in my subscription?
Definitely! As a new user, you’ll receive complimentary online training by attending QSROnline’s recurring webinars. These recurring webinars are available to you as long as you are a QSROnline customer and is a great way to train new members of your team.

Is there a limit on the number of users I can have in the system?
There is NO limitation on the number of users allowed.
What is the cancellation policy, and are there any cancellation fees?
In the event of cancellation, notify QSROnline 30 days prior to cancellation. There are NO cancellation fees.
