How to Edit Employee Phone Numbers and Email Addresses

QSROnline does NOT collect employee contact information, like phone numbers or email addresses, from the POS system. In order to send employees their schedules via text and/or email, you must first enter their phone numbers and email addresses within QSROnline’s system.

You can edit Employee Contact Information by following the steps below:

1) Open the QSROnline Scheduler, and click the Options button at the bottom of the screen. Select Edit Delivery Settings.

 

2) A new browser window will pop up, listing all of your employees. Here, you will need to enter each employee’s cell phone number, which will automatically activate Text delivery of the schedule. Entering phone numbers will also enable employees (with smartphones) to use QSROnline’s Scheduling App.

Be sure to click Save to save your new phone numbers to the system!

3) To add Email Addresses for employees, click the checkbox next to “Show Additional Information”. Adding email addresses in addition to phone numbers will automatically subscribe select employees to both text and email delivery of their schedules.

Be sure to press Save to save new contact information.

Because Edit Delivery Settings opens in a separate browser window, you MUST refresh the browser window hosting the Scheduler after closing the Edit Delivery Settings window. This ensures that new employee contact information refreshes during your session.
